Free roof inspection
See your roof the way we do.
About an hour, free, with no obligation. We get on the roof, photograph everything, then sit down with you and go through every photo.
- Free, no obligation
- Photos of everything
- About an hour, including the sit-down
Why photos matter
From the driveway, most roofs look fine. Hail bruises, lifted shingles and cracked pipe boots usually can't be seen from the ground. Photos taken on the roof show you what's actually there, so you can make a decision based on your roof, not a guess.
The sit-down
After we come down, we sit with you and go through the photos one by one. We explain what each one shows, what it means for your roof, and what your options are. If it looks like storm damage, we tell you. If it looks like normal wear, we tell you that too.
When to book one
- After any hail or strong wind storm, even if nothing is leaking.
- When your roof is 15 years old or more.
- Before you buy or sell a home.
- When you see granules in the downspouts, stains on the ceiling or shingles in the yard.
- Before winter, so small problems don't become ice and water problems.
What's included
What we check

- Flashing at chimneys, walls and skylights
- Pipe boots and vents for cracks and gaps
- Valleys and edges where water runs hardest

Answers first
Inspection questions
Is the inspection really free?
Yes. No cost and no obligation. You get photos of your roof and straight options either way.
How long does it take?
About an hour, including the time we sit down with you to go over the photos.
Does an inspection file an insurance claim?
No. Looking at your roof does not file a claim. You decide whether to call your insurer after you've seen the photos.
Who should be there?
Everyone who will make the decision. When everyone sees the same photos and hears the same answers, nobody has to explain it secondhand.
Should I get an inspection if nothing is leaking?
Yes, especially after a hail or wind storm. No leak doesn't mean no damage. Storm damage often stays hidden until it turns into a leak.
