Prices, price ranges, package descriptions, and monthly payment figures on this site are general estimates for planning. They are not a quote, a bid, or an offer. Your actual price depends on an inspection of your property, the materials you choose, code requirements, and site conditions. Work is governed only by a written contract signed by you and Rocket.

Financing

Financing is provided by third-party lenders, not by Rocket. Monthly payment examples are estimates, not an offer of credit. Approval, rate, and term depend on your credit and the lender's terms.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer under its own terms. Our workmanship warranty is described in your written contract. Nothing on this website creates a warranty beyond what your contract and the manufacturer's documents state.
