What you are looking at
This roof is steep enough that the work shows best in two views. The top-down aerial shows how the main gable and the smaller dormer roof join, and the roof-level photo shows the ridge cap going on next to the underlayment.
Onyx Black is the deepest color in the Duration line. It gives a roof a crisp edge and makes the lines of the ridge and the hips stand out against the sky and the lawn.
The shingles meet the dormer in one straight line, and the ridge cap runs unbroken along the top. From the ground that reads as a roof with no visible seams or gaps.
